Mitram Thai Spa (also referred to as Mitram Spa, Dombivli) operates the website mitramspadombivli.in and a massage and wellness spa at Swarajya Business Park, 102-104, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Circle, Azde Gaon, Trimurti Nagar, Dombivli East, Kalyan, Maharashtra 421203. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what choices you have.

• Your name and phone number — when you call us, send us a WhatsApp message, or give your details at our reception to make a booking.
• Your booking preferences — the therapy you want, the date and time you prefer, and anything else you tell us to help us prepare for your session.
• Health information you choose to share — for example an injury, allergy or medical condition you tell your therapist about so that the session is safe for you. This is used only for that purpose and is not stored in any marketing database.

This website does not have a contact form, a login, a cart or a payment gateway. We do not ask for or store any card, bank or UPI details on this website.

Information collected automatically

• Standard technical information such as your approximate location (city level), device type, browser, the pages you viewed and how you arrived at our site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies used by analytics and advertising services.

3. How we use your information

• To answer your call or message and to confirm, reschedule or cancel your appointment.
• To prepare a room and therapist for your session and to deliver the therapy safely.
• To let you know about our offers, such as the Flat 20% OFF discount, where you have contacted us and are happy to hear from us. You can ask us to stop at any time.
• To understand how our website and advertising perform, so we can improve them.
• To comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

4. Cookies, analytics and Google Ads

We use, or may use, third-party services on this website including Google Analytics and Google Ads (including conversion tracking and remarketing). • Access and correction — you may ask us what details we hold about you and ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
• Deletion — you may ask us to delete your contact details from our records, subject to any legal obligation we may have to retain them.
